Ch. 119. 1921. 1245 The sum of $325,000 is hereby appropriated out of the principal 0,°gpé°d°*°*°d Buds funds to the credit of the Confederated Bands of Ute Indians, the Distribution mm sum of $75,000 of said amount for the benefit of the Ute Mountain p'f,'§1°§’§§}g§§°" (formerly Navajo Springs) Band of said Indians in Colorado, and the sum of $175,000 of said amount for the Uintah, White River, and Uncompahgre Bands of Ute Indians in Utah, and the sum of ,,If,$§`§l,£.f,“,l}li§’,$tg,§§§’j’ $75,000 of said amount for the Southern Ute Indians in Colorado, which sums shall be charged to said bands, and the Secretary of the Interior is also authorized to withdraw from the Treasury the accrued interest to and including June 30, 1921, on the funds of the said Confederated Bands of Ute Indians appropriated under the Act of March 4, 1913 (Thirty-seventh Statutes at Large, page 934), V°1‘37’p‘°°" and to expend or distribute the same for the pur ose of promoting civilization and self·support amon the said Indians, under suc regulations as the Secretary of the literior may prescribe: Promkied, ,§;*g1,*°e& re on 0, That the Secreta of the Interior shall re rt to Congress, on the upemmuas.
