Sec. 6. That all guns, traps, teams, horses, or means of transports- t,§°,,‘§'°'§“,.€§ °,i;,,€,§."§‘§ tion of every nature or description used bfy any person or persons °S°°· within the limits of said parks, or either o them, when engaged in killing, trap ing, ensnaring, or calpturin§ such wild beasts, irds, or animals, shall be forfeited to the nited tates and may be seized by the officers in said parks, or either of them, and held pendinfg prosecution of any person or persons arrested under the chaipge o vio1atin§ the provisions of this Act, and upon conviction such orfeiture sha be adjudicated as a penalty in addition to the other punishment prescribed in this Act.
