The tenth aragra h of section 73 of the Hawaiian ·*¤"‘°"“‘““*“"d¥’“‘ Organic Act is hereby argended lie read as follows: wmumdl ‘ (n) It shall be the duty of the commissioner to cause to be sur- ,i§,`§'v,$.’{$a§Yr h°m°’ veyed and opened for homestead entry a reasonable amount of .X_°'·°°·P·“°·“”’°“‘*· desirable agricultural lands and also of pastoral lands in the various parts of the Te1rito;H for homestead purposes on or before J anuary 1, 1911, and he sh annually thereafter cause to be surveyed for homestead purposes such amount of agricultural lands and pastoral lands in various parts of the Territory as there may be demand·for Am su wedby persons having the qualiiications of homesteaders. (a) That there shall be established m the said Temtory two guages. a district court, to consist of two judages, who shall reside therein and be called district judges, and who sh l each receive an annual salary of $7 ,500. The said court while in session shall be presided over by D_ _ _ umm only one of said judges.
