Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representataves ¢& the ·i·.%i.lug°° c°u°g°’ United States of America in Congress assembled, That the cred_P“Y"‘°“* ‘°“’“"°“ tary of the Treasu be, and he is heregy, authorized and directed to ay to L. D. Ridldlell and George W. ardm, trustees of Milligan College, Tennessee, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated the sum of $23,096.37, being the balance due to said trustees of said college because of the destruction by fire of sundry buildings at Mihigan College, Tennessee, on November 16, 1918, while rn the use and occupation of the War Department of the United States. . Klein and C. T. ein, copartners as the C. H. Klein Brick Company, of Chaska, Minnesota, the sum of $186.68 each of which companies furnished to Silas N.
