I United States of America in Congress assembled, That the cla(i{n of °,,f,§;’,,¤ *3*; Southern Transportation Company, a cogporation organized under b=¤rs¤ ‘g¢u¤g?¤¤." in the 1aws_of the tate of New Jersey, and oing business in the State of Virginia, owners of the barge Moccasm, against the United States for damages alleged to have been caused by collision between the said barge Moccasin and the United States Navy lighter No._ 462 in tow of Navy tug Kewaydin in Hampton Roads, Virgnma, on the 5th day of October, 1929, may be sued for by the said outhern Transportation Company in the District Court of the Jm-mucum at mn.
