Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is esiiis°¤i§]i$bur¥:•;·l°¤1°fiii.iZ hereby established a commission to be known as the United States ¤*°”· _ Mecklenburg Sesquicentennial Commission (hereinafter referred to ei£Z°S‘li,i§.’L°ge¤Y uh as the commission) and to be composed of eleven commissioners, as follows: Three persons to be appointed by the President of the United States, four Senators by the President of the Senate, and four Members of the House of Representatives to be appointed by the Speaker. The commission shall serve without compensation and -N° p“‘ shall select a chairman from among their number, , Sec. 2. Approved, March 4, 1925. ‘ CHAP. 533.-An Act To provide for extension of payment on homestead Mai§ih4c4é*di25` entries on ceded lands of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, State of Montana, {Pubns, N0.(D8.] and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and H owe of Representatives of the _ United States of America in Congress assembled, That all persons ,,}°,‘,§§‘§,{;,f°§}g‘,§{°° Rt Who have made homestead entries, being actual settlers within the wggyasgeggcrtgerigggj boundaries of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation are hereby granted nsmimeutpaymsne, an extension of time for payment of one-half the amount, including V°'·“·’·““· principal and interest due and unpaid on theinhomestead entries until the lst day of November, 1925, and for payment-of the other half until the lst day of November, 1926; all such amounts to bear interest until the payment dates, at 5 per centum per annum: Pro- f“'{"d‘j,°· ,0m,m K vided, That upon failure to make complete payment of either install- payments not mm. ment by any such persons the entry shall be canceled and the land revert to the status of other tribal lands of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. _ mm Src. 2.
