Mw 22. 19% CHAP. 166.--—An Act Authorizing the conveyance to the city of Washington, —--Lg+I$i°°?ii—— Missouri, of ten feet of the Federal building site in said city for the extension or [P°b]’°* N°‘ m'] the existing public alley through the entire block from Oak to Lafayette Streets. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ¥,‘§",§}‘§,*,‘§§ii;°I;§’.;;;d- United States of America in Uongress assembled, That the Secretary %,g§§°g,,g;¤e;§§gsd,°§,Q of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to convey to the city of Washington, in the State of _Missouri, by quitclaim deed, the north ten feet of the Federal building site in the said c1ty_of Washingpon, Missouri, to be used for an extension of the existing public a e through the entire block from Oak to Lafayette Streets, which saidy existing public alley now extends but half way through Pr _ said block, to be used for a public alleyvand for no other purpose: Miii°£°Ama,¤¤¤.,a¤ Provided, however, That the city of ashington shall open said °‘*’°°’°°‘°‘*’· extension to the existing public alley as herein authorized to be granted, and improve and maintain the same as other public alleys of said city are improved and maintained; also, that the cit of Washington shall bear all e ense incident to the moving ofy the north curb, and the partial rlgbuilding of the driveway entrance to the Government lot, made necessary by the establishment of the new alley line alo the northern bounda of the Federal building site:

H,m,,,,,,,_ _ Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the w§)g{({!g,{vaj¤{n;gb,g,§ U noted States of America in Congress assembled, That the settlement neigcipgroiegég- of the indebtedness of the Kingdom of Hungary to the United States of America, made by the World War Forei Debt Commission and approved by the President upon the follbwing terms, Y Y is hereby approved and authorized: ,m{”,*gggr*;j;,*g{_{j,",§;;y,gf _ Prmcipal amount of obl§gation to be funded, $1,685,835.61; interest accrued thereon to ecember 15, 1923, at the rate of 41]; per centum per annum, $253,917.43; total principal and interest accrued and unpaid as of December 15, 1923, $1,939,753.04; less payment in cash by Hungary on A ril 25, 1924, $753.04; total _ _ indebtedn_ess_ to be funded into bonds, §·1,939,000. ,¤§;‘,,°,§},’,‘}‘,_,§""""° "’ The principal of the bonds shall be paid in annual installments on the 15th day of December, up to and including December 15, 1985, on a iixed schedule, subject to the right of the Government of Hungary to make these payments in three-year periods; the amount of the hrst 1year’s msta hnent shall be $9,600, the installments to increase wit dne regularity until, in the sixty-second year the amount of the installment shall be $75,000, the aggregate install- Pr_ ments being equal to the total principal of the debt.
