Be it enacted by the Senate and Houseof Representatives of the Publi I ds United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary cmiiamiu ivemm of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to convey to the ?,f§f,‘f,f,’,?'},§,§°,§{,§’,{’,{gj board of trustees of the \Vestei·n State College of Colorado at Gunni- im! ¤¢¤¢i¤¤~ son, Colorado, subject to the provisions and reservations of section 24 of the Federal Wfater Power Act, and with a reservation to the Mmmm, mm United States of all the coal and other minerals in the lands granted, served. ml together with the right of the United States, its grantees or permittees, to prospect ger, mine, and remove the same, the following described land, to wit, the south half of the southwest quarter of L°°°°i°°‘ section 14 and the west half of the northwest Quarter of section 23, all in townshi 51 north, range 1 east, New exico meridian, consisting of one hundred and sixty acres, more or less for use of the Pr I Rocky Mountain biological station of the said colle e: Provided, Retiieigion u stm- That the lands hereby granted shall be used by the State only for g§f,§f"°"’*°*°*¥’°°* "°‘ the purposesof a biological station, and if the said land or any plart thereof shall be abandoned for such use, said land or such part s all revert to the United States; and the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and empowered to declare such a forfeiture of the grant and to restore said premises to the public domain, if at any time he shall determine that the State has abandoned the land for the use of a biological station, and such order of the Secretary shall be final and conclusive, and thereupon and thereby said premises shall be restored to the public domain and freed from the operation of the grant aforesaid.
