Any person who shall make any false statement in an application for a license shall be deemed guilty of peryury, and ,¤g_‘*°¤°° d°°”*°d ¥’°“" upon conviction thereof shall be sub]ect to the penalties provided

 for the commission of perjury. No person shall alter, change,
