G1eriet from private funds because of loss of public fimds through theft. _ Approved, March 2, 1925. A CHAP. 402.—An Act For the relief of W. H. King. W. H. King, former United States marshal for the district of South Dakota, the sum of $421.33 for reimbursement on account of the payment of a giudgment rendered against him for an act done under co or of his office. E. Saucier, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $150, in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States on account of expenditures made by him for services and materials during the period from July 1, 1918, to July 1, 1921, in connection with the discharge of his duties as postmaster at Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi.
