[P“bh°· N°· 165] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary C*;‘f,§f,‘f,c1¥°°,;u,h0,,,Bd of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to gggtoagpgiggjggi stig- contract for the completion and repair of customs buildings in Porto as ' Rico, under allotments provided by the Acts of Congress approved ,,_l§§§;‘u’“‘355’V°"*3* January 10, 1920, and June 7, 1924, respectively, the sum o $7 700, and that he be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Con- tractor Antonio Higuera the sum of $1,826.80 for extra work A¤*°¤*° Higma- performed in addition to the amount of money available under w§*,§·"l§$,f***°»‘°’°’*” allotment provided by the Act of January 10, 1920, and that he ' be likewise authorized and directed to reimburse said contractor the sum of $300 for balance due him for furnishing labor, equip- ment, and materials to test foundations before building the new customs house at San Juan, Porto Rico, Act of J anua 10, 1920, _ all said amounts to be paid out of duties collected in 1%orto Rico u§°m °““°m’ W as an expense of collection, under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
