The operation of the present Convention is confined to cases in xnciiiiaiad s°i°o&i°?n°¢i which the ofences mentioned in the preceding Article ha ` been °*”*‘*•· committed in the United States or in the Dominion of Canasa, the person charged with the offence is found in the Dominion of Canada or inthe United States respectively. ARTICLE III. The present Convention shall be considered as an integral art opioiréiiiomvmum of the said Extradition Conventions of the 12th Jul , 1889, andp the 13th December, 1900, and the 12th.
