FEES or WITNESSES : For mileage and per diem of witnesses and for per diem in lieu of subsistence, and payment of the actual expenses of witnesses in said court as provided by section 850, Revised Statutes (U . S . C ., p . 927, sec . 604), $32,000 . FEE S OF JURORS : For mileage and per diems of jurors, $79,000 . PAY OF BAILIFFS : For not exceeding one crier in each court, of office deputy marshals who act as bailiffs or criers, and for expenses of meals and lodging for jurors in United States cases and of bailiffs in attendance upon same when ordered by the court, clerk of jury commissioners, and per diems of jury commissioners, $44,620 : Pro- vided, That the compensation of each jury co mmissioner for the fiscal year 1930 shall not exceed $250 .
