CHAP. 425 .-An Act To amend the Act of May 17, 1928, entitled "An Act [H . R . 14148.]_ to a dd certain lands to the Missou la Nationa l Forest, Montana ." [Public, No. 876 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Mi sso ula Nat ion al United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of Forest, Mont . Ante, p . 599, amend- Congress approved May 17, 1928, entitled "An Act to add certain ed. lan ds to the Mis soula Nationa l Forest, Mont ana," be, and the same is hereby, amended by striking out the word "and"inline81of section 1 of said Act, and inserting in lieu thereof the word " to," sa that said Act shall read as follows Public lands added Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the to. United States of America in Congress assembled, That, subject to any valid existi ng claim or e ntry, all land s of the Unit ed States within the areas hereinafter described be, and the same are hereby, added to and made parts of the Missoula National Forest to be herea fter administ ered under the laws and reg ulations rela ting to t he na ti ona l fo res ts ; and the prov isions of the Act approved March Vol. 42, p. 465. 20, 1922 (Forty-second Statutes, page 465), as amended, are hereby extended and made applicable to all other lands within said described areas : Description .
