bridge, at Arrow Rock, their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a Mo. bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the town of Arrow Rock, i n the State of Mis souri, in ac cordanc e with the p rovisi ons of Vol.34, p.184. the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . Saint Louis-Kansas of Congress is hereby granted to the Saint Louis-Kansas City Short it co mp y may Line Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Missouri, and bridge, near Saint their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate Charles, Mo. a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point about four miles south of west of the city of Saint Charles, in the county of Saint Charles, Missouri, to a point in Saint Louis construction. County in said State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act Vol.34,p.84. entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navi- gable wate rs," appr oved March 23, 1 9 06 .
