BUREAU OF BIOLOGICAL SURVEY For surfacing the highway authorized to be constructed through Sully's Hill National Park under the provisions of the Agricultural Appropria tion Act for t he fiscal yea r 19 26, fiscal years 1929 and 1930, $5,000 ; and in such surfacing the Bureau of Biological Survey may cooperate with the Bureau of Public Roads . Migratory Bird Conservation Act : For carrying into effect the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to more effectively meet the obligations of the United States under the migratory-bird treaty with Great Bri tain by lessen ing the dange rs threatenin g migratory ga me birds from drainage and other causes by the acquisition of areas of land and of wate r to fur nish in perp etui ty r eser vati ons for the ade- quate protection of such birds ; and authorizing appropriations for the establishment of such areas, their maintenance and improvement, and for other purposes," approved February 18 , 19 29, $75, 000, authorized by section 12 of the Act, including printing and binding, of which amount not to exceed $13,930 may be expended for per- sonal services in the District of Columbia, and in addition thereto $5,000 authorized by section 18 of the Act ; in all, fiscal year 1930 , $80,000 . BUREAU OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS Tobacco statistics : To enable the Secretary of Agriculture to carry into effect the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the collection and publication of statistics of tobacco by the Depart- ment of Agriculture," approved January 14, 1929, including the emplo yment of per sons and me ans in the c ity o f Wash ington and elsewhere, fiscal years 1929 and 1930, $30,000, of which amount not to exc eed $19,000 may be expen ded fo r per sonal servic es in the District of Columbia .
