Compensation to Picuris Pueblo, New Mexico : To compensate the Picuris Pueblo Indians in the State of New Mexico for loss of lands and water rights, in accordance with the findings of the Pueblo Lands Board created by section 2 of the Act approved June 7, 1924 (43 Stat ., p. 636), $47,132 .90, which shall be placed on the books of the Treasury to the credit of said Indians, shall draw interest at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, and shall be subject to future appro- priation by Congress : Provided, That $7,684.50 of this amount shall be available for the purchase of 118 .567 acres of land for the use and benefit of these Indians and shall remain available until June 30, 1930 .
