March 3, 1887, entitled "An Act to provide for the bringing of suits against the Government of the United States," as amended by the Judicial Code, approved March 3, 1911, certified to the Sixty-ninth Congress in House Document Numbered 7 27 and Senate Docume nt Numbered 218, and to the Seventieth Congress in House Document Numbered 75, namely : Under the Shipping Board, $3,150 ; under the Department of Commerce, $4,378 .8 7 ; under the Department of Labor, $1,280 .05 ; under the Navy Department, $10,413 .81 ; under the War Department, $22,561 .03 ; in all, $41,783 .76, together with such additio nal su m as m ay be necess ary to pay in terest on th e resp ective judgments at the rate of 4 per centum from the date thereof until the tim e this appro priati on is made . For the payment of judgments, including costs of suits, rendered against the Government of the United States by United States dis- trict courts under the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act authoriz- ing suits against the United States in admiralty for damage caused by and salvage services rendered to public vessels belonging to the United States, and for other pu rposes," approved March 3, 1925 (Forty-third Statutes, page 1112), certified to the Sixty-ninth Con- gress in House Document Numbered 726 and Senate Document Numbered 220, and to the Sevent ieth Congress in House Document Numbered 79, as follows : Under the Department of Commerce, $1,834 .75 ; under the Navy Department, $23,133 .05 ; tinder the Treas- ury Department, $4,530 .67 ; under the War Department, $12,682 .79 ; in all, $42,181 .26, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay interest as and where specified in such judgments . For payment of the judgment, including costs of suit, rendered against the Government of the United States by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, under the provisions of the Act of August 10, 1917 (Fortieth Statutes, pages 276-279), and as certified to the Sixty-ninth Congress in House Document Numbered 725, as follows : Under the War Depart- ment, $14,928 .70, together with such additional sum as may be nec essary to pa y inte rest a s and where specifi ed in such j udgmen t . For payment of the judgments rendered against the Government by the Unit ed St ates Distr ict Court for the North ern D istri ct o f California under the provisions of the Act approved June 7, 1924 (Forty-third Statutes, page 595), and certified to the Sixty-ninth Congress in House Document Numbered 722, as follows
