Edmonds, late of Company B, Twenty-fourth Regiment, and Company K, Thirteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month and increase the rate to $30 per month when she shall have shown by competent evidence she has attained the age of sixty years. Speck, late of Company M, First Regiment Potomac Home Brigade Maryland Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of Letha Dickens, widow of Ralph K. Dickens, late of Captain William Turner's Independent Company West Virgima State Guards, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month. The name of Frany Rice, widow of John B.
