Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United S tates o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Potomac River from a point in the vicinity of Dahlgren, in the northeastern end of King George County, Virginia, to a point south of P opes Cr eek, Ch arles County, Maryla nd, aut horized to be built by the George Washington-Wakefield Memorial Bridge, a corpora- tion, its successors and assigns, by an Act of Congress approved May 5, 1926, heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved February 16, 1928, February 26, 1929, and February 19, 1930, are hereb y furth er ext ended o ne and three y ears, r especti vely, from February 16, 1931 .
