Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the U nited St ates of America i n Congre ss assem bled, Tha t the co nsent R oertle Calumet of Congress is hereb y granted to the State of Illino is to construct, Illinois may bridge, maintain and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto on Ashland Avenue, in cook count y . across the Little Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navi gation , on Ashlan d Ave nue ne ar One hund red and thi rty- fourth Street, between sections 31 and 32, township 37 north, range 14 east, third principal meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, in accord- anc e with the provis ions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. SEC. 2 . That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby exp ressly reserved . Approved, March 28, 1930 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted the State of Illinois to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on Ashland Avenue near One hundred and fortieth Street, in section 6, township 36 north, range 14 east, third principal meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the provi- sions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 .
