189 SALARIES AND EXPENSES OF COMMISSIONERS, COURT OF CLAIMS Salaries and expenses of commissioners, Court of Claims : For salaries of seven commissioners at $7,500 each, and for travel expenses, compensation of st enographers authori zed by the court, and for stenographic and o ther fees and charg es necessary in th e taking of testimony and in the performance of the duties prescribed in the Ac t entitled "An Act to authorize the ap pointment of com- missioners by the Court of Claims and to prescribe their powers and compensation," approved February 24, 1925 (U. S. C ., title 28, sees . 269-271 ; U. S. C., Supp . III, title 28, sees . 270, 271a), $41,790 . For necessary repairs to the Court of Claims buildings, to be expended under the supervision of the Architect of the Capitol, $1,763 . TERRITORIAL COURTS ALASKA : Four judges, at $10,000 each ; four attorneys, at $5,200 each ; four marshals, at $4,200 each ; four clerks, at $4,000 each ; in all, $93,600 . HAWA II : Chief justice, $10,500 ; two associate justices, at $10,000 each ; in all, $30,500 . For judges of circuits courts, at $7,500 each for the first circuit, and $7,000 each for the second, third, fourth and fifth circuits, $58,000 .
