C H A P . 194 .-An Act Authorizing the State Highway Board of Georgia, in [S .3715 .] cooper ation with th e Stat e Highw ay Dep artment of So uth Car olina, the ci ty of [Public, No ' 151-3 Augusta, and Richmond County, Georgia, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Savannah River at or near Fifth Street, Augusta, Georgia. CHAP. 195 .-An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing [S .] g [Public, No . 152 .] the construction of a bridge across the Tennessee River at or near the mouth of Clarks River . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Tennessee River .

United S tates of America in Congress assembled, That the times for T ime ex ten ded for bridging, at mouth of commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across Clarks River, lKy. t he Tennessee Riv er at or near th e mouth of Clarks River, authoriz ed to be built by the State Highway Commission, Commonwealth of Kentucky, by the Act of Congress approved May 18, 1928, and here- tofore extended by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1929, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from May 18, 1930 . Amendment .
