MI GRAT ORY BIRD CO NSER VATI ON ACT For carrying into effect the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to more effectively meet the obligations of the United States under the migratory-bird treaty with Great Britain by lessening the dangers threatening migratory game birds from drainage and other causes by the acquisition of areas of land and of water to furnish in per- petuity reservations for the adequate protection of such birds ; and authorizing appropriations for the establishment of such areas, their maintenance and improvement, and for other purposes," approved February 18, 1929 , $200,0 00, a uthorized by section 12 o f the Act, and in addition thereto $5,000 authorized by section 18 of the Act ; in all, $205,000 . Total, Bureau of Biological Survey, $1,818,320, of which amount not to exceed $289, 373 may be ex pended for d epartmental p ersonal services in the District of Columbia .
