So much of section 195 of the Judicial Code, as amended, as reads Vol . 36, pp . 108, 1145. "in any case in which there is drawn in question the construction of the Constitution of the United States, or any part thereof, or of any treaty made pursuant thereto, or in any other case when the Vol . 3s, p. 703. Attorney General of the United States shall, before the decision of the Court of Customs Appeals is rendered, fil e with the court a cer- tificate to the effect that the case is of such importance as to render expedient its review by the Supreme Court," is hereby repealed . Customs duties . SEC. 648. UNCERTIFIED CHECKS, UNITED STATES NOTES, AND NATIONAL BANK NOTES RECEIVABLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES .
