Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Rep bridging at Evansville,
resentatives of the Time extended for United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times Ind . for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Ohio River at or near Evansville, Indiana, authorized to be built by the State of Indiana, acting by and through its State anol. 44, p. 1337, highway commission, by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1927, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from March 2, 1930 . Amendm ent .

2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby
expressly reserved .

Louisiana, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled Vol.34,p.84.

The r ight to sel l, as sign, trans fer, and mo rtgag e all the rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Lamar Lumber Company, its successors and assigns, and any party to whom such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such party .
