in respect to the terms of court in the western judicial district of Virginia . Be it e nact ed by the Senate and H ouse o f Re pres enta tiv es o f the Un ited st ates cou rts . United States o f America in Congress assembled, That section 111 amend- ed. Vol . 4o,p.so5,amead of the Judicial Code (section 192, title 28, United States Code) be U.S. Code,p.891. so amended as to read as follows Virg inia ju dicial d is- " The St ate of V irginia i s divide d into t wo distr icts, to be known tr ;et s. as the eastern and western districts of Virginia . East ern dis trict .

y 1st day of July, 1910, in the counties of Accomac, Alexandria, Amelia, Brunswick, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Din- widdie, Elizabeth City, Essex, Fairfax, Fauquier, Gloucester, Goochland, Greenville, Hanover, Henrico, Isle of Wight, James City, King and Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, Lou- doun, Louisa, Lunenburg, Mathews, Mecklenburg, Middlesex, Nan- semond, New Kent, Norfolk, Northampton, Northumberland, Not- toway, Orange, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George, Prince William, Princess Anne, Richmond, Southampton, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Surry, Sussex, Warwick, Westmoreland, and York . Terms of court . " Terms of the district court shall be held at Richmond on the first Mondays in April and October ; at Norfolk on the first Mon- days in May and November ; and at Alexandria on the first Mondays in June and December . Effective date . " SEC. 2. This Ac t shall i n any ev ent beco me effec tive nin ety days after it becomes a law and may, by order of said court, be put into effect after thirty days after this Act becomes a law ."
