WHEREAS a Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Consular Rights co,!::c!~Of::r~~: between the United States of America and the Republic of Salvador ~1~/ightB'with Salva- was concluded and signed by their respective Plenipo\ientiaries at Preamble.
