Congress approved March 3, 1891 (26 Stat. 1095), entitled" An act Yol. 26, p. 1103 . to repeal tlmber-culture laws, and for other purposes," and also by the act of Congress approved June 4, 1897 (30 Stat. 11 at 34 and 36), Yol. 30, p. 36. entitled" An act making appropriations for sundry civil expenses of the Government for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1898, and for other purposes," do proclaim that the following described lands in Description. South Dakota are hereby added to and made a part of the Harney National Forest: Black Hills Meridian InT.4S., R.2E., SE.XNE.XandE.~SE.Xsec.32; InT.5S., R.2E., E.~E.~,S·W.XSE.}~andSE.XSW.X, sec. 5, NE.
