CHAP. 319. - An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers a.nd sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and 80 forth, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such sol- diers and sailors. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, anthorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws- The name of Frank A. Russell, late of Company H, Eleventh Re~i­ ment United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay hIm a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of Joseph Brown, late of the Hospital Corps, United States Army, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $10 per month. Rebecca P. Trester. The name of Rebecca P. Trester, remarried widow of George F. Porter, late of Captain Coopers's First Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, Pension increased. Mexican 'Var, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month.
