Be it enacted by the Senate and H O'U8e of Representatives of the United Statee 01 America in Oongres8 assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a patent under the homestead entry of Hebel Odekirk to his widow, Hannah Odekirk, for the southeast quarter section 26, township 2 south, range 2 west, Uintah special meridian, Utah: Provided, how- ever, That in addition to the usual fees and commissions payable under existing laws said Hannah Odekirk shaH pay the sum of $1.25 per acre for the land so entered, which latter sum wshall be deposited III the Treasury of the United States and disposed of in the S9,me manner as other proceeds derived from the sale of lands within the 'former Uintah Indian Reservation, Utah.
