2372 Appointment. CONCILIATION TREATY-ETHIOPIA. JANUARY 26, 1929. The expenses of the Commission shall be paid by the two Governments in equal proportions. The In.ternational Commission shall be appointed within six months after the exch~e of ratifications of this treaty; and vacancies shall be filled accorcfuig to the manner of the original appointment. ARTICLE III 0(== ~~ In case the High Contracting Parties shall have failed to adjust a uattonal COD1lDls8l0D. dispute b, diplomatic methodS, and they do not have recourse to adJudication 6y a competent tribunal, they shall at once refer it to the International Commission for investigation and report.
