DOS UNIDOS DE NORTE AMERICA. Parcel post agree- ment with Ecuador. Postmaster Goneral of the United States of America, and by virtu~ of authority vested in them, have agreed upon the following articles: Registration and in- suranl'6. I. REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE Fee required. 1.
