Payements et decomptes. l. - Les frais de transit et d'en- trep6t sont a la charge de l'Ad- ministration du pays d'origine. 2.- Le decompte general de ces frais a lieu d'apres les donnees de releves statistiques etablis, une fois tous Ie trois ans, pendant une periode de quatorze iours.
