For travel and miscellaneous expenses in the Postal Service, office of the First Assistant Postmaster General, $1,000 . CFFICE OF THE SECOND ASSISTANT POSTMASTER GE NER AL For inland transportation by star routes (excepting service in Alaska), including temporary service to newly established offices, antl not to exceed 200,000 for Government-operated star-route serv- ice, $14,000,000 . For inland transportation by star routes in Alaska, $135,000 . For inland t ransporta tion by s teamboat or other power-boa t routes, including ship, steamboat, and way letters, $1,350,000 .
