Be it e nacted by th e Sena te and House of Rep resent atives of th e United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for comme ncing and co mpleti ng the const ruction of a bridge acros s the Cho ctawh atch ee Ri ver, near Free port, Flo rida, auth orize d to be constructed by the State of Florida, through and by its highway depa rtment , by A ct of Congre ss app roved J une 18 , 1930 , are hereby exten ded two a nd four y ears, res pectivel y, from J une 18, 1 931 . [CH APT ER 22 .1 AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Michigan and Berrien County, or either of them, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Saint Joseph River. Be it enacted by the Senate and Home of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Michigan and Berrien County, or either of them, to construct a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Joseph River, at or near Saint Joseph, Michigan, at a point suitable to the' interests of navigation, and to maintain and operate the same in accordance with the pro- visions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridg es ove r navi gable waters ," app roved M arch 2 3, 190 6, and sub- ject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act . SEC . 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, February 5, 1932 .
