Author izing the con veyanc e of c ertain lands to the city o f Fall on, Nev ada . 54 .1 [Public, No . 273. ] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Mon~~ of cer- of the Interior is authorized and directed to convey to the city of ~ s for dump. Fallon, Nevada, for use as a dumping ground, the following- described lands heretofore withdrawn from entry for irrigation pur- poses : The southwest quarter southwest quarter southwest quarter Description . section 20 and the northwest quarter northwest quarter northwest quarter section 29, all in township 19 north, range 29 east, Mount Diablo meridian, consisting of twenty acres, more or less, upon con- dition that the city shall make payment for the land at the rate of $1 .25 per acre within six months after the approval of this Act : Provided, That there shall be reserved to the United States all oil minerals, ate., rem coal, or ther mineral deposits found at any time , in the land, and s`"ed ' the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the sam e under such rule s and regula tions as th e Secr etary of the Inter ior m ay pre scribe : Provided further, That the grant herein is made subject to any subj ect to existing valid existing claim or easement, and that the land hereby granted claims. shall be used by the city of Fallon, Nev ada, only for a dumping ground and if the said land or any part thereof shall be abandoned Rev ersion for non- for suZ use said land or such part shall revert to the United States' us"* and the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and empowered to declare such a forfeiture of the grant and to restore said premises to the public domain if at any time he shall determine that the city has for more thait one year abandoned the land for the use herein indicated, and such order of the Secretary shall be final and con clus ive, and there upon ' and the reby said pre mises sha ll b e restored to the public domain and freed from the operations of this grant Approved, July 8, 1932 .
