T hat no ne of the pe rsons herein named shall be ent itled to or receive any of the profits of the corporation, but the same shall be paid into the Treasury of the United States . SEC. 3'. That the corporation herein formed shall cease and deter- mine, and all of the powers granted by . paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), and (f) of section 1 of this Act shall terminate upon the filing of its final report and audit with the Congress of the United States, which date shall not be later than February 1, 1933 : Provided however, That nothing herein contained shall operate to prevent t~te institu- tion of any suit or claim at law or in equity by any person, firm, or corporation growing out' of any act or omission of the corporation, provided that the institution of such suit or claim shall be com- menced within the period limited by the provisions of chapter 41 of the Code of Law for the District of Columbia : Provided further, That the Comptroller General be, and he hereby is, authorized to audit al l accounts of the corporation, in cluding the fin al audit thereof . SEC. 4 . That the corporation herein formed shall cease and deter- mine upon the filing of its final report with the Commissioners of the District of Columbia . SEC. 5 . That Congress hereby reserves to itself the right to alter, amend, and repeal this Act or any provisions thereof . Approved, February 18, 1932 . [CH APTE R 50 .1 AN ACT To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Poplar, Montana . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre senta tive' s o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for comm encing and c omplet ing th e cons tructio n of a bridg e auth orized by Act of Congress approved July 3, 1930, to be built by the State of Montana, the counties of Roosevelt, Richland, and McCone, or any of them, across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interest of navigation, at or near Poplar, Montana, are hereby extended for one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof. SEC . 2. The ri ght to alter , amen d, or repeal this A ct is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, February 20, 1932 .
