Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Banek dome Loan Uni ted S tate s of Amer ica in Co ngre ss as semb led, That for the pay- Pe Appropriation ti onf r9e x ment of all authorized expenses of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board in carrying out the provisions of the Act of the Seventy- Ante, p . 72 5. second Congress entitled "An Act to create Federal Home Loan Banks, to provide for the supervision thereof and for other pur- poses," there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $250,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933, to be available for the purposes and subject to the conditions and limitations specified in such Act, including personal services and rent in the District of Columbia and elsewhere and expenses preliminary to the organization and establishment of the banks created thereunder .
