Carroll Ross, of the city of South Haven, Michigan, the sum of $200 to reimburse him for money expended in payment of a fine levied against Captain Quickfall, master of the British steamship Errington-Dunford, on October 8, 1925, for violation of section 8 of the Act of June 19, 1886, as amended.
