1119 [CHAPTER 662 .] AN ACT June 19, 1934 . Amending section 1 of the Act of March 3, 1893 (27 Stat .L . 751), providing for [H .R . 1567.] the m ethod of sel ling real es tate under an order or de cree of any United State s [Public. No. 426.] court. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representativ es o f the United St ates of Americ a in Congress assembled, That section 1 of the Act of Congress approved the 3d day of March 1893, chapter 225, be amended so as to read as follows "All real estate or any interest in land sold under any order or decree of any United States court shall be sold at public sale at the courthouse of the county, parish, or city in which the property, or the greater part thereof, is located, or upon the premises, as the court rendering such order or decree of sale may direct : Pro vid ed, however, That the court may, upon petition therefor and a hearing thereon after such notice to parties in interest as said court shall direct, if it find that the best interests of said estate will be conserved thereby, order and decree the sale of such real estate or interest in land at private sale : Provided further, That the court shall appoint three disinterested persons to appraise said property, and said sale shall not be confirmed fo r less than t wo thirds of t he appraised value ." [Public, No. 427.1 Be it enacted by t he Senate and House of Repr esentatives o f t h e Unite d Stat es of Ameri ca in Congre ss assembled, That when the atElPas~o,Tex . rvices owners of lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, portions of lots 16 and 17, block 21, Lease of building for . Campbell's Addition, El Paso, Texas (hereinafter called the owners), have agreed to erect on such lots a building of such design, plan, and specifications as may be approved by the Secretary of the Treasury as suitable for the use of the Bureau of Immigration, the Bureau of Customs, the U nited States Public Health Service, and the Bureau of Plant Quarantine, the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directe d to ne gotiate , and, subjec t to an appro priatio n there for, l ease such building and such lots from the owners for a term of twenty-five years after such building is ready for occupancy at a fair annual rental, subject to the limitations of section 322 of Part II of the Vol .47,p.412 . Legislative Appropriation Act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933, approved June 30, 1932 . Such lease shall contain a provision- Provision for ca°' relation of lease .
