1129 " Industrial li f e insurance " means that form of li fe insurance, 51 11 nddustrial life ,n- either (a) under which the premiums are payable weekly, or (b) under which the premiums are payab le monthly or oftener, if the face amoun t of insur ance provi ded in the poli cy is less than $1,000, and the words "industrial polic y" are plainly printed upon the policy as a part of the descriptive matter .
