[CHAPTER 92 .] AN ACT To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the French Broad River on the proposed Morristown-Newport Road between Jefferson and Cocke Counties, Tennessee . Be it en acted by the Sena te and House of R eprese ntativ es of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for commenci ng and comple ting the cons truction of a bridge across the French Broad River on the proposed Morristown-Newport Road between Jeffer son and Cocke Counties, Te nnessee, autho rized to be built by the Highway Department of the State of Tennessee, by an Act of Congress approved February 6, 1931, are hereby extended one and thre e ye ars, res pect ivel y, f rom Febr uary 6, 1933. SEC . 2 . The right to alt er, amend, or repeal this A ct is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, June 16, 1933, 12:45p.m. [CHAPTER 93 .1 AN ACT Making appropriations for the government of the District of Columbia and other activities chargeable in whole or in part against the revenues of such District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1934, and for other purposes . Be it e nacted by the Senate and Ho use of Repres entatives of t he United States o f America in Congress assembled, That in o rder to defray the expenses of the District of Columbia for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1934, any revenue (not including the proportionate share of the United States in any revenue arising as the result of the expenditure of appropriations made for the fiscal year 1924 and prior fiscal years) now required by law to be credited to the District of Co lumbia and th e United Stat es in the same proportion that each contributed to the activity or source from whence such revenue was derived shall be credited wholly to the District of Columbia, and, in addition $5,700,000 is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be advanced July 1, 1933, and all the remainder out of the combined revenues of the District of Columbia, namely GENERAL EXPENSES Executive Office .
