(a) Title 11 of the Act entitled "An Act to maintain the Anre, P . 1'. credit of the United States Government ", approved March 20, 1933, is amended as follows (1) Section 2 is amended by inserting after " 1934" the following : Determination of sal- c ries part of f iscal year " and the fiscal year ending June 30, 1935 ";and
