The figures ` 1933' shall be read as ` 1935' ; the figures ` 1934' as ` 1935' (except in the case of the second proviso of such section 317) ; in the case of the first proviso of such section 317, the figures ` 1935' shall be read as ` 1937', the figures ` 1934' shall be read as ` 1936', and the figures `1933' shall be read as `1935' ; and in the case of section 203, the figures ` 1932' shall be read as '1934' .
