Be it enacted by the Senate and Hou se of Representatives of the United States o f America i n Congress assembled, That the bridge now being constructed across Saint Francis River at or near Lake City, Arkansas, by the Arkansas State Highway Commission, if completed in accordance with the plans accepted by the Chief of Amen dment . [Public, No . 184 .] Vol.34, p.84. Structure legalized . Amendment . AN ACT To legalize a bridge across Black River at or near Pocahontas, Arkansas. Be it ena cted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America i n Congress assembled, That the bridge Black Ri`erg, at now being constructed across Black River at or near Pocahontas, Pocahontas, Ark ., Arkansas, by the Arkansas State Highway Commission, if completed legalized . in accordance with the plans accepted by the Chief of Engineers and the Secretary of War as providing suitable facilities for navigation and operated as a free bridge, shall be a lawful structure, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations of the Act entitled "An Act to regul ate th e cons tructi on of bridges over naviga ble wa ters ", approv ed Mar ch 23, 1906, other than those r equiri ng the appro val of plans by the Secretary of War and the Chief of Engineers before the bridge is commenced .
