[PrIvate, No. 220.] Be it enacted by tM Senate and House of Repre8entatives of the United States of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary Catherine Wrlcht. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of an! money Paymentto. in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Catherine Wright, of San Francisco, California, the sum of $5,000, in full satisfaction of her claim against the United States for damages arising out of the embezzlement by a former United States commissioner for the north- ern district of California of a like sum deposited with him as bail on PrOflUo August 2, 1930, by John F. Sullivan: Provided, That no part of the L!IDltatlon on attar- amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof Dey s, etc., (ees. shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
