C. Sampson, irrigation engineer, of Billings, Montana, employed by the Crow Tribe to investigate report and testify in the manner 1 of the claims pending in the Court of Claims entitled "The Crow Tribe of Indians against the United States ", arising out of con- struction of irrigation project within the Crow Reservation with tribal funds: Provided That the said E.
