Maness, deceased, former transfer mail clerk, union Depot, Jackson, Tennessee and the United States Employees' Compensation Commission is authorized and directed to consider and determine her claim for compensation on account of her husband's death notwithstanding the limitations in the first paragraph of section 10 of the said Act: Provided, That compensa- tion, if any, shall commence from and after the date of the passage of this Act.
