AN ACT [H. R. 12162.]

To create an additional division of the United States District Court for the [Public, No . 604 .1

Southern District of Mississippi to be known as the Hattiesburg division . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States courts. United States of America in Congress assembled, Th at se cti on 90 S.C ., 36, P. 1116; U. of the Judicial Code, as amended (U . S . C ., 1934 edition, title 28, sec . 170), is amended to read as follows Mississippi judicial "SEC. 90. The State of Mississippi is divided into two judicial districts .

districts to be known as the northern and southern districts of Northern district. Mississippi . The northern district shall includ e the territory em- braced on the 1st day of December 1923 in the counties of Alcorn, Attala, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Clay, Itawamba, Lee, Lowndes, Monroe, Eastern division .

Oktibbe ha, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Tishomingo, and Winston, which shall western division. constitute the eastern division of said district ; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Benton, Calhoun, Carroll, De Soto, Grenada, Lafayette, Marshall, Mont- gomery, Panola, Tate, Tippah, Union, Webster, and Yalabusha, Delta division . which shall constitute the western division of said district ; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Bolivar, Coahoma, Leflore, Quitman, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, and Tunica, which shall constitute the Delta division of said district .
